Our goal
Sherbrooke & Townships
Some breakdowns can’t wait: food is thawing, water is on the floor, the family needs to eat. Call us as soon as you can. We can be reached day and night, and we arrange a technician’s visit as quickly as possible, ideally the same day. We can serve you in English over the phone.
Same day is our goal, not an automatic promise: it depends on the technicians’ schedule and part availability. The earlier you call, the better our chances of coming today.

Every breakdown is a hassle, but some cause damage or a risk if you leave them.

Water on the floor can damage the cabinet, the floor and the ceiling below. Turn off the water and call.
On a stove or a dryer, it’s a fire risk. Turn off the power right away.
An appliance that keeps tripping the electrical panel must be checked before it’s used again.
A washer that stays locked and full of water can’t wait several days.
A stove or oven that quits completely makes every meal complicated.
A few simple steps limit the damage while the technician is on the way.
How long does food last? According to Health Canada, a full freezer keeps food frozen for about 48 hours, a half-full freezer for about 24 hours, and a closed fridge keeps food cold for about 4 hours.
Keep the door closed as much as possible and move fragile food to a cooler.
Turn off the appliance’s water supply valves, switch off its breaker and mop up the floor.
Turn off the power at the electrical panel and don’t use the appliance until the visit.
Don’t keep resetting it. Unplug the appliance if you can do it safely.

Be home for the visit. Someone needs to be there to give access to the appliance.
Fast service starts on the phone. The more we know before the visit, the more likely the technician can fix the problem in one trip.
We’re open 24 hours a day. Describe the problem and tell us if it’s urgent.
The label is often inside the door opening. A photo helps a lot.
For a fridge or freezer, we aim for the same day.
The technician explains the problem and the cost before repairing. You decide after that.
If the part is available, it’s fixed during the visit. If not, we come back as soon as it arrives.
